Blazer Jobs is partnering with a dedicated educational team to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a maternity leave assignment during the 20252026 school year in Batavia, Illinois. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students while maintaining continuity of care and educational progress.
Compensation: $38$44+ per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, school calendar
What Youll Do

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K12 students

Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development and implementation

Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Track and report student progress, maintaining all documentation standards

Support a smooth transition for the permanent SLP during and after the leave
What Youll Need

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Illinois SLP license (CCC or CFY welcome)

Previous school-based experience preferred

Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills
